Bought a Single Family home in 2018 in Aldan, PA.

We had an excellent experience working with Greg. We had initially targeted foreclosure and sort sale properties, and Greg was very knowledgeable about foreclosures, short sales and auctions. He was very attentive to our needs, even as we changed our minds throughout the search process. Greg was very honest about each property we viewed- from asking price to potential value to neighborhood. We never felt pressured to settle for something that wasn't 100% what we were looking for. Greg was extremely responsive and always communicated clearly so we knew exactly what was going on during the process. Another benefit to working with Greg is that he has local knowledge of both NJ and PA, and knew as much about properties we viewed in Delaware County as in NJ. He was a strong but reasonable negotiator, resulting in an easy offer acceptance. Overall, the process of buying our home couldn't have gone more smoothly, and we couldn't be happier with our new home!
